Hi! I'm so glad you found me here.Read More
I'm a master Photoshop guru and a fiber and bead artist.
Please look around, though I'm just "moving in" right now.
On this site, you can find the links to all the resources I can offer.
I'm the author of over a dozen books on Photoshop, Illustrator, and
Painter. I've written for a number of magazines. Most recently,
I was the Quick Tips columnist for Photoshop User magazine.
Photoshop has enriched my life so much.
It's like a journey that never ends;
there's always more to discover.
Photoshop issues a creative challenge
every time I open it.
Fiber is my other passion. To feel wool
and silk slip though my hands as it enters
my spinning wheel and becomes yarn
connects me to a skill that's older than
written history, and links me to the past.
I'm also fascinated by the smallest of beads--the seed beads--and love to make them into amazing jewelry. I'd rather create and wear hand-crafted beadwork than wear the finest of gems and gold.

I currently teach a number of Photoshop and Illustrator classes for Education to Go. These courses are available though local colleges or directly from Ed2go. The links below will help you find a local school.
Each course repeats every month.
Intermediate Photoshop CS5 should be available by November 2011.
Two lessons are released each week for a total of twelve sessions.
The ed2go classes are unique because you can learn at your own rate, but you get to ask questions to a real human being (my TA or me) if you need help. We answer all messages within one business day. No book or DVD course can promise that!
My BlogsThatPhotoshopBlog.com is my new blog site, and I'm so excited about it! The blog will be great fun--free tutorials and downloadable files and the chance to explore Photoshop with a very knowledgeable guide!
My blog's not quite operational yet, but please opt in to my email list. I'll let you know when the blog is up and running. In addition, I'll send a certificate good for ONE FREE HOUR of Photoshop project help from me (usually $45.00) to the first 100 visitors who opt-in.
prancingpixel.com is my site to blog about fiber and beads, but that's not working yet either. For opting in to my email list, you'll get 10% OFF your next FIVE Etsy purchases from prancingpixel.etsy.com.
